Alyssa is a doctoral candidate in the English program at the Graduate Center, where she works on British modernism, Victorian literature, and gender, with further interests in periodical culture and detective fiction. She is a former adjunct instruct at Queens College, and spent the 2014-15 academic year as a Doctoral Scholar in Residence at the Modern Literature and Culture Research Centre at Ryerson University in Toronto.
Alyssa is a member of the ESA’s 2015-16 Elections Committee and Course Assessment Committee.
